Overheard today.....

At lunch, a discussion around the table.

One person was blabbering something about criminals getting
weapons and committing crimes, and how it should be handled.
The bulk of the solutions involving limiting gun ownership of
law abiding citizens.

Another person (who shall remain nameless) pointed this out, and
offered another solution. This being: Let's get Congress to pass a
law saying it was against the law to break all the laws already on the books.
That would force the criminals to stop buying guns illegally.

Person #1 began voicing strong support for such a measure... for a
few moments.... then got a far away look for another few moments....
then left the table.
