Testing a scope mount

This week I set up a scope mount for a rifle. Today I hope to test it.

The questions in my mind: Will it hold zero with handling, and will it return to zero with removal and installation?

My plan is to zero the rifle on the bench with the scope in place, then fire several
ten round groups leaving the scope in place. I'll break hold and actually get up from the bench and handle the rifle between rounds.

Then, I'll fire several ten round groups while removing the scope and reinstalling it between rounds.

That should give several sets of groups, each representative of my questions.

Well? Thoughts, suggestions, obvious issues I have missed?
