Got to the range a while today..Head got in the way of shooting really well, but still hit the target.
At 50 feet I could seriously worry a woodchuck with my carry pistol.
13 of 15 rounds in the space of a cartridge box.... not my best, but acceptable considering.
Spent the day out.... around.... talking with a few people here and there.
Found out I have some pretty good friends.
Most of the day.... spent alone.
I liked that.... Needed that right now.

Yes, that was a woodchuck target (ground hog, Marmotas Monax, whatever). We have... like.... MILLIONS around here. I got over twenty last summer, and that was just from the back deck. My shed is leaning over, they have dug so many tunnels under it. The neighbors horse has injuries from the holes..... pesty little critters.
