Red Green is...... well.... half of my friends

Skywriter, the beautiful and talented writer at this site, posted a short
clip of the Red Green show.

She, in one stroke, successfully destroyed any hope I had at doing anything useful this morning.

Fix the water pressure switch? Nope.
Replace the bad frost free faucet? No way.
Repair the mower deck switch? Uh uh.
Write a check and get it in the mail to renew my gun club membership? Whatareya, nuts? Of course I'll still get that done. It's important.

No, I'll spend much of my morning now watching Red Green clips, since she pointed out they are available on-line.

The city I used to live in Avon Ohio, had as it's second biggest employer, the duct tape factory. Every year we'd have a duck tape festival with floats made out of duct tape, the duct tape king and queen (weariang clothing made out of duct tape) and a duct tape animal petting zoo.

It was a two day event that drew people from all over the Great Lakes area. I'm going to miss living up there.

For some reason, my friends and family make sure I have every new book on the uses of duct tape that come on the market.

I don't know why. I'm not allowed to have duct tape. My kids steal it and make small pets out of it. Nothing else can explain how I manage to go through 8-10 rolls a year without a sign where it goes.

We have no ducts for Chrisake!
