I still have all my fingers, so I'll call that a win. I also did not
explode a single diamond blade, and that's a good thing.
Here, my first try. A tiny crystal geode about an inch and a quarter around.
Once I cut it, I moved to various power grinding wheels and removed the
'rind' of the geode. It looked like a very rough and dark stone. Thinning the
walls allowed light to enter the crystals from the outside.... and it just looks
neat.
